• Protect minors. Do not seek to harm, groom, abuse, sexualize or exploit anyone under 18.

• No harassment or hate. Do not create or share content that is harassing, abusive, defamatory, bullying or threatening, or that is racially or ethnically offensive.

• No discrimination. Do not discriminate or incite discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, national origin or any other protected category.

• No sexual or intimate content. Do not upload sexually explicit or pornographic material or share intimate images without consent.

• No illegal goods or fraud. Do not sell or promote illegal activities, products or services, and do not engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

• Respect rights and privacy. Do not violate the intellectual‑property or privacy rights of any individual or third party, and do not share content you lack the legal right to make available.

• No misinformation. Do not create or disseminate false, deceptive or misleading information.

• Follow the law. Do not use Tessera to violate any law or to promote illegal activities, including terrorism, or to undermine democratic processes.

• No spam. Do not generate or distribute spam messages.

• Protect personal data. Do not generate or distribute personally identifiable information that could be used to harm someone.

• Disclose AI content. When using AI-generated material, clearly disclose that it is machine-generated where required to avoid deception.

• No bullying or self‑harm content. Do not defame, disparage, cyber-bully, encourage self‑harm or harm others.

• No impersonation. Do not impersonate others or create deepfakes without consent.

• No automated decisions. Do not use AI outputs for fully automated decision‑making that affects an individual’s legal rights or creates enforceable obligations.

• No hate or violence. Do not use the service in a hateful, racist or discriminatory manner or to incite violence.

• No exploitation or manipulation. Do not exploit vulnerable groups or manipulate individuals in ways that cause or are likely to cause physical or psychological harm.

• No political lobbying. Do not use the service for political lobbying or campaigns intended to influence governmental decisions.

• No regulated services. Do not provide medical, legal or other regulated advice or services via Tessera without the qualifications and licences required by law.

• No law enforcement profiling. Do not generate content for law enforcement, immigration or criminal prediction purposes.

• Respect IP. Do not infringe on patents, trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary rights of others.

• No malware or hacking. Do not transmit malicious code or attempt to circumvent our technical safeguards or those of third‑party providers.
